Is Likz Drop up?

These checks run live in your browser, from your network, every time you open this page — no cached dashboard in between. Most Likz Drop transfers don’t touch our servers at all (here’s why).

Live checks

The services we run

Each row is a real request to a public health endpoint, timed from your device.

Website & downloads

Checking…

Accounts & nicknames

Sign-in, guest accounts, and the nickname directory that lets you send to a device you can’t see.

Checking…

Relay (transfers across networks)

Carries encrypted bytes when the two devices aren’t on the same network. It never holds your keys.

No dependency

These keep working when we don’t

Likz Drop is peer-to-peer first. The two transfer modes below move bytes device‑to‑device, so nothing on this page can take them down.

No Likz servers required

Nearby — same Wi-Fi

Devices find each other on your own network and open a direct encrypted connection. Your router does the work; our servers aren’t in the path.

No Likz servers required

Offline — no internet at all

Wi-Fi Direct or a hotspot between the two devices. Works on a plane, in a basement, or during an internet outage — including ours.

Good to know

How to read this page

A red row might be your network, not ours

The checks are made from your device, so a firewall, captive portal, VPN or blocked domain shows up here as a failure. Trying from another network is the quickest way to tell the difference.

If Relay is down, you can still send

Put both devices on the same Wi-Fi and use Nearby, or switch on Offline mode and let them connect directly. Neither needs our relay.

We don’t publish historical uptime yet

We’d rather show you a live check than a number you can’t verify. Recorded uptime history and incident notes are on the roadmap; until then this page is real-time only.

Incident history

No public incidents are listed yet. When we publish maintenance or outages, they will appear here with start time, impact (relay / API / auth), and resolution. Live checks above are still the primary signal. Subscribe-by-email is planned; until then email support@likz.me if something looks wrong.

Something broken that isn’t listed?

Email support@likz.me with your platform and app version (Settings → About). Shipped fixes land in the changelog.
